Abidjan: a financial hub with demanding SME lending
Yamoussoukro is the political capital and Abidjan the economic and financial heart. The BCEAO’s National Directorate for Côte d’Ivoire has its main branch there, on Avenue Abdoulaye Fadiga, and the central bank also runs an auxiliary branch in Abengourou.

The World Bank points out that Côte d’Ivoire has launched an ambitious programme to diversify its economy beyond raw-material exports, with the private sector as a key growth engine. That shift is producing more SMEs in services, processing and trade, many of which are hard to assess from financial statements alone.
What SCORE360 brings to Ivorian lenders
Our platform combines five modules: ENGINE for federated scoring, INSIGHT for reading indicators, CONNECT for API integration, RISK for monitoring and alerts, and e-SIGNAL for digital signals. e-SIGNAL is our first data partner for the pilot. A 6 to 9 month pilot with one bank and two MFIs is targeted for November 2026.
Dynamic, explainable score
A 300 to 850 score that updates with the business’s activity and comes with its explanatory factors.
Federated Learning
The model trains inside your institution. Only encrypted parameters are aggregated: no raw data leaves.
PI-SPI flows via partners
SME payment flows come through our partner fintechs and payment aggregators.
e-SIGNAL digital signals
Online presence and e-commerce activity enrich the score when history is thin.
RISK monitoring
Continuous portfolio tracking and early alerts on borrowers under stress.
Governance
TLS 1.3, role-based access, audit logs and human review. The decision stays yours.

Côte d’Ivoire is one of the eight states covered by the BCEAO-licensed credit bureau, Creditinfo-VoLo. SCORE360 does not replace it: it adds a dynamic score computed through Federated Learning, with consent collected by your institution and data kept within the UEMOA region.
Which institutions in Côte d’Ivoire it serves
The Ivorian market brings together banks, microfinance networks and very active lending fintechs. Each will find a path built for it.
FAQ
Does SCORE360 comply with Ivorian personal data law?
Our architecture limits data exposure: the model trains on your side and only encrypted parameters are aggregated. Your institution collects consent and completes its filings with ARTCI under Law No. 2013-450, and we support you along the way.
Where is the SCORE360 team based?
SCORE360 Sarl is based in Abidjan. We serve institutions across the eight UEMOA countries. A 6 to 9 month pilot with one bank and two MFIs is targeted for November 2026.
Do I need to change my core banking system?
No. The CONNECT module exposes a documented REST API that plugs into your existing systems. The 300 to 850 score and its explanatory factors flow into your tools, and the lending decision stays with your institution.
